Cycling is best as a point of view of exercise, sports. It have many benefits which we will discuss in our blog today like what is importance of it in our life? And how does it help us to maintain healthy body?

 

Benefits of Cycling for Good Health:-

Cycling have many benefits but some of them are given below:-

1) It decrease stress levels from our body.

2) Cycling helps us to reduce weight by increasing our metabolic rate as well as builds and burns body fat.

3) Cycling also play important a role to protect us from serious diseases such as: cancer, diabetes, heart attack etc.



4) It is good for health like it increases stamina and aerobatic fitness.

5) It also increase flexibility and strength of muscles.

6) Cycling improves balance and coordination. It may also prevent us from fall and fractures.


What are the importance of cycling in our daily life?

 According to the research report of “Transport Research Board” that people who walks or cycling to work tend to more satisfied, relaxed in their life as compared to those people who drive their cars to work.

         Cycling is also a best way to eliminate pollution of green house’s effects by avoiding vehicles like bikes, car, etc. If we switches from any motor car to cycle then it saves 150 grams of CO2 per kilometer. Each seven kilometer by bicycle will save an emission of one kilogram of carbon dioxide as compared to same distance covered by car.

       Cycling saves our money it has cost of 150 dollars per year but if we do comparison between motor vehicles and bicycles so, they have average estimate of 6 to 8 thousand dollars per year now, we can say that bicycle is a cheapest mode of transportation
